When you buy products from IMPERIAL-Newton, the following Terms and Conditions apply and supercede any other terms and conditions, whether written or oral (see link below). These terms may be revised from time to time as needed and without notice. If you wish to be notified any time these terms are changed please request in writing to be added to the list of notified parties:

Terms & Conditions of Sale

All purchases, products and designs are non-exclusive and made available to any other customer at the sole discretion of IMPERIAL-Newton unless agreed otherwise in writing under separate Agreement that such exclusive right exists; such agreement shall not invalidate any other part of the above referenced Terms & Conditions of Sale.

Quick Facts

  • – Credit terms are NET 30 subject to approval; all new accounts must pay first order in advance
  • – FOB is Colorado, USA (shipping insurance is available if requested by contract or PO)
  • – A written authorization for return (RMA) is required before returning any product
  • – Restocking fee of 15% of list prices applies to all non-defective products returned to factory, pre-authorization is required
  • – Custom, special and Non-Stock items are not returnable, no cancellations after 3 hours for custom and non-stock items
  • – Order discrepancies must be reported within 3 business days
  • – Read entire document for complete terms and conditions which apply
